AAT bacterial collection
Over the years in the probiotic sector, our scientists have isolated and progressively expanded AAT's own bacterial collection, which today has more than 150 strains. Probiotic and technological characterizationhave been accompanied by the study of potential specific applications in supplements, drugs or for industrial applications. Almost all the strains belong to the genera Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, but strains of Enterococcus, Streptococcus, Leuconostoc are also present.
